By accessing Forxers, you agree to abide by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. Please review the sections below for full details.
By joining Forxers, you acknowledge that all information is for educational purposes only. We are not a financial advisory service, and all actions taken based on our platform are at your own risk. If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@forxers.com.

Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 16 years old to use Forxers. If you are between 16 and 18 (or under your local legal majority), review these Terms with a legal guardian. By accessing or creating an account, you represent that you are legally competent and allowed under applicable law.
To participate in community features (including Discord), you may need to register an account and keep your details accurate. Maintain your logins securely and notify us at support@forxers.com of any unauthorized use. Typically, only one account per user is permitted. Misuse can result in suspension.
Forxers operates primarily on Discord. Use of Discord is subject to its own Terms and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for Discord’s platform or its outages. When Forxers moves to a custom platform, these Terms will continue to govern your use and may be updated accordingly.
Community Guidelines and Content
Forxers is dedicated to a safe, focused learning community. Respect all members. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or unlawful content are strictly prohibited. Keep all interactions civil, on-topic, and professional. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your expertise.
User-generated content remains your property, but you grant Forxers a right to use, display, and back up your content within the platform. You are responsible for what you post and must have all necessary rights to do so. Do not post confidential, misleading, or unauthorized material.
Content you post may be viewed by others on Forxers or the public. Forxers does not endorse user content, nor is it responsible for its accuracy. Moderators may remove any violations or objectionable posts at their discretion. Feedback submitted to Forxers may be used at our sole discretion.
Education, Risk Disclosure, and Legal Disclaimers
Forxers provides educational information only and does not provide financial or investment advice. Trading currencies involves significant risk and should only be attempted with funds you can afford to lose. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes; there are no promises of profit.
Forxers is not liable for your trading decisions, any losses, or consequences arising from application of information on the platform. Always do your own research, and if necessary, seek advice from licensed financial professionals before making investment choices.
You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on Forxers content. Forxers, its members, and staff are not liable for losses. Use the knowledge gained responsibly and at your own discretion.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Forxers offers premium content via subscription plans managed by the Selar platform (selar.co). Payments and subscriptions are subject to Selar’s own terms. Forxers charges in Nigerian Naira (₦) and operates on recurring billing unless you cancel in advance. Access may be suspended for failed payments.
All sales are generally final and non-refundable after access is granted. In rare cases of accidental double charges or legal requirements, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. Contact Forxers if you have special circumstances, but note no refund is guaranteed except as required by law.
Forxers may change subscription fees with prior notice; continued use constitutes agreement to revised prices. Subscriptions may be managed in-house in the future; all users will be notified of process or provider changes. Initiating chargebacks in bad faith may result in account termination.
Intellectual Property and Account Suspension
All Forxers content, including text, videos, PDFs, graphics, and software, is owned by Forxers or its licensors. Access is provided for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish Forxers content without written permission. All trademarks are the property of Forxers.
Forxers may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for any breach of these Terms, abuse, illegal activities, or inactivity. Termination is immediate and may result in removal of your data. You may also close your account at any time (via Discord or future platform features).
Forxers is not liable for termination or its effects, except as outlined herein. If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact us to appeal. Some content may remain visible after leaving (as per our content license policy).
Communications, Third-Party Links, and Limited Liability
By joining Forxers, you agree to receive communications (e.g., onboarding info, updates, notifications) via email, Discord, or our website. You can opt out of marketing emails but not essential service messages. Frequency and medium may vary with platform developments.
Forxers includes links and integrations to third-party services (Discord, Selar, payment gateways, etc.). Your use of such services is at your own risk and governed by their terms. Any dealings with third parties or shared content are solely your responsibility.
Forxers, its founders, and associates are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims beyond amounts you have paid in the last 12 months. You agree to indemnify Forxers against claims resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms. Nigerian law governs all interactions and disputes.
Updates, Miscellaneous, and Contact Information
These Terms may be updated as needed, with notice via our website or community channels. Continued use of Forxers indicates your agreement to any updates. Review these Terms regularly to stay informed.
